Twelve Nights, One Focus

Updated: Jan 6

This year, I discovered a ritual I’ve fallen in love with.

From the winter solstice, I set twelve intentions — one for each month ahead.

Each night, for twelve nights, one intention is released.

Burned, folded away, or otherwise let go.

The thirteenth intention remains.

Not as a plan to control the year, but as a focus. A quiet anchor for attention and alignment.

I create a deliberate space.

Sometimes a candle, a crystal, or a guidance card.

Sometimes none of that at all. The form is secondary to the intention. The rest unfolds in the background.

Unseen, but active.

This ritual is not about precision or forcing outcomes.

It’s about trust

Presence. Allowing what matters to move forward without constant management.

Nothing more. Nothing less.
