What guides these spaces
Freedom
Freedom isn't about escaping responsibility, it's about making conscious choices and cultivating a feeling through a lived philosophy. It's having the courage to question what you've inherited and deciding, for yourself, how you want to live.
Courage
Living true to yourself, often asks more of us then we feel capable or willing to do. Courage isn't the absence of fear; it's the conscious choice to move towards what may scare us, in order to live within self-integrity.
Alignment
Here, alignment is about building a life that reflects your values, supports your wellbeing, and feels as emotionally fulfilling, as it looks successful. There is nothing more hollow than trying to be someone else, or live in accordance to others. True alignment is how I would, personally, define success.
Curiosity
Growth begins with questioning. Curiosity invites us to challenge old stories, look familiar patterns, and stay open to new ways of thinking, living and being, without judgement or imposed expectations.
Truth
Life isn't about becoming someone else, it's about uncovering who you really are, and which role and core identity you want to embody and nurture.

What my work explores
Identity
Who are you when the role, achievements, relationship or expectations that defined you begin to change? When these are challenged it can feel unstable internally, which effects our choices day to day and in life.
Success
Many people follow paths they were told would lead them to success, to find they either never arrived or something felt missing when they did.
Decision-Making Under Uncertainty
Discernment is a key factor to creating security and emotional fulfilment. This can be clouded when mixed up with uncertainty, external noise and obligations.
Integrity
Living in your own truth, by your values, and in alignment between feelings, choices, and actions. Living with integrity means you wake up feeling whole, no matter your circumstances.
Leadership
We all have a responsibility to ourselves, as well as to others. To live with courage, and to create meaningful change. I'm a big believer in leading by example, not through theory or talk. You must walk the walk.
