why I do this work
I work with people in transition; the in-between phases that don't fit near models of change.

I've been on both sides of coaching and therapy, as a client and a practitioner. While each offered something valuable, there was something unaddressed: the in-between phase, where meaning hasn't formed yet.

Before this work, I was a private flight attendant supporting people from A to B, anticipating needs, and holding the space in the air.

It was precise, relational and quietly demanding.

Over time, that orientation found a different form.

I now host a space for change, that hasn't yet landed; where transition can be held long enough to form, fully met and aligned.
