Feeling unsure of which service would be best fitting for you, or want to explore a specific area for support? During this consultation we discuss the area of life you wish to change and the challenges you face. This can be as guided in the programs, or even health concerns such as mental health, pain management, addictions, phobias and OCD. Together we can go through your thoughts, feelings, challenges, symptoms and desires to ensure that you can design the right fit for you. I will also explain deeper how we work, the method behind Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, the neuroscience behind it, how your mind works, explore other or additional services if desired/ or of interest, as well as the practical side of things. You will leave our session having been seen and heard, in strict confidentiality, with the information and knowledge required to make an educational decision on how to move forward, as well as a feel for our sessions and working together. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please get in contact 24 hours before our session. Any cancellations/ rescheduling received within the 24 hour time frame will be non-refundable. Please be advised that tarot is for entertainment purpose. Any guidance or ideas explored through tarot and PLR sessions are for the client to determine with their own discernment. The client always knows best, and we encourage the client to always make their own decisions, and disregard what doesn't resonate or feel right to them.
